SEPIAX Inks are compatible with all Epson based inkjet printers. But they have been designed specifically for use in our new EcoMax Print-n-Cut System.

SEPIAX Ink is packaged in 220 ml cassettes and two (2) liter bottles to be used in INKJET SET uFill Cassettes, and INKJET SET uFill PRO refillable bulk ink systems.

Thermal Resination Process

SEPIAX Ink's unique Thermal Resination Process allows it to strongly adhere to any media substrate with no coating, including nonabsorbant substrates historically considered unprintable. Particles of synthetic resin and colorants are held in suspension by a liquid ink which is then deposited via piezoelectric inkjet printheads onto a heated substrate. The carrier solution evaporates on contact with the heated substrate, at which point the resin begins to melt and adhere to the surface of the substrate. When cooled, the flexible coating that results is bonded at the molecular level to the substrate and offers superior scratch resistance on par with solvent inks. The ink also features a high color gamut with high UV and water resistance producing an extremely high color brilliance, saturation and contour sharpness which makes it perfect for high speed and high resolution image printing that lasts up to 3 years in outdoor applications.

Ideal Applications

InkJet Set's SEPIAX Inks can adhere to ANY substrate including, but not limited to: Solvent media, PVC, Film, Banner, Aluminum, Metal, Wood, Cardboard, Paper, Plastics, Tiles, Glass, Foamcore and various types of fabrics such as Polyester, Cotton, Nylon and Silks.
